Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be made in writing (email) and made by the attendee or credit card holder. TWUC reserves the right to deny refunds. Attendees may cancel their registration with the applicable cancellation fee if written (email) notification is sent to TWUC and received by 5:00 pm CST at least 30 business days prior to the start of the event. A cancellation fee of $50 will be subtracted from the registration fee and the remainder will be refunded.

Cancellations made 15 business day prior to the start of event, will receive 50% refund of their registration, minus $50 processing fee. In the event the registrant is no longer able to attend the conference, substitutions of a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted until 1 week prior to the start of the event at 5:00 pm CST. The original registrant must submit the replacement's name and contact information in writing to twuc@twuc.com

Cancellations received after the cancellation deadlines above and no shows for the conference will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee.

Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
